Baxter Arena meets or exceeds all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Restrooms, phones, ATMs and counters are accessible to guests with disabilities. We also allow service animals in the building, have accessible drop-off locations, listening devices and sign interpreters available.

SEATING & TICKETS

There is accessible seating just off the concourse level all around the arena. There are additional spaces available on the Mezzanine level. There are approximately 118 ADA approved seating available.

WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE

The Baxter Arena offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from their seats, upon request. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be used as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during and event, please contact the nearest Guest Services staff member.

ACCESSIBLE VEHICLE DROP-OFF

Access to the drop off locations are located on the North and South sides of the Arena.

LISTENING DEVICES

Listening devices may be checked out free of charge at the Guest Services Desk located across from Section 120. A valid I.D. is required to ensure the return of the equipment.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION

Baxter Arena Staff members have been trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Follow posted signs and listen to announcements for further instruction. Key employees are assigned to assist patrons with disabilities to safety.

ELEVATORS

The elevator just inside the main entrance on the ground level provides access to the concourse level near Section 119. The elevator near section 102 provides access to Baxter Arena's suite level.
