DOORS
Doors open 60 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

POLICIES:
The Baxter Arena Box Office reserves the right to revoke the license granted by the ticket by refunding the price printed thereon. Baxter Arena is not responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets. Smoking or Alcoholic beverages are prohibited. Date and time are subject to change.

CAMERAS:
Cell phone photos and cameras are permitted.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE:
No outside food or beverage brought into the venue. Concession stands will be cashless.

NO WATER BOTTLES:
No water bottles brought into the venue.

NO WEAPONS:
No weapons including pocketknives and tasers. These items will be confiscated and not
returned.

ADDITIONAL RESTRICTED ITEMS:
No artificial noise makers. No helium balloons. No glass vases. No signs. No strollers. No selfie sticks. No iPads.
