To request credentials for Omaha Athletic or Baxter Arena events, please complete following form:

All requests must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to the start of the respective game or concert.
Completion of this form does not guarantee that you will be granted a credential.
If, for any reason, your request is denied, you will receive an email from a member of the Events or Athletic Communications staff to let you know.
