IMPORTANT: Baxter Arena is accepting admission via tickets on our mobile app (download via Google play store or Apple store – “Omaha Mavericks Athletics”) or via cell phone (save to Google wallet/Apple wallet via www.omavs.com/mymav site).
All tickets will be digital and scanned with limited staff member-to-guest contact.
All seats will be reserved, and guests are required to sit in their assigned locations to aid contact-tracing requirements as needed.
In the event of a postponement, fans who have purchased tickets for the postponed event may use them on the rescheduled dates or redeem them for any remaining home games during the season by emailing the Baxter Arena Ticket Office at unotickets@omavs.com. All future dates are subject to ticket availability.

Parking is free in the main lots adjacent to the arena box office.
All tickets bought via Ticketmaster, OMavs or at the Baxter Arena Box Office will be mobile tickets.
A photo I.D. is required to pick up ticket(s) at Baxter Arena Will Call. Customers are also encouraged to have the credit card used for the purchase on hand. Third party pickup will also require a photo I.D. for the person picking up the tickets.
Accessible seating is available on all levels of Baxter Arena. For each seat purchased by a customer with a disability, companion seating is available at all price points. For UNO athletic events, children under the age of two do not require a ticket, they can sit on the parent or guardian’s lap. However, for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket purchase is required.
The children’s policy for a non-athletic event (i.e. concerts and family shows) will be at the discretion of the presenter. To inquire about specific events, please call 402-554-MAVS (6287) or email sales@baxterarena.com.
If a Baxter Arena event is canceled (not merely postponed) tickets may be returned to the point of purchase for a refund. If tickets were ordered by phone or online, a refund will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES for regularly scheduled or postponed events at Baxter Arena.
Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticket sales agent for Baxter Arena events via Ticketmaster.com or Omavs.com. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market, you assume the risk of purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
In an effort to ensure the safety of our guests, Omaha Athletics and Baxter Arena have instituted a policy for bags and carry-ins. Please note the policy on what is allowed in our venues.
Under the policy:
A bag taken to any ticketed event (including athletic events and concerts) at Baxter Arena must be a transparent plastic, vinyl or PVC tote.
Bags must be no larger than 12 inches tall by 12 inches long by 6 inches wide.
Guests also may bring opaque small or clutch-sized purses/wallets not exceeding 4.5 inches tall by 6.5 inches long after proper security screening.
