Baxter Arena offers Reserved Premium Parking options. If you prefer to skip the hunt for a parking spot, you can reserve parking ahead of time. Passes are now on sale and $10 per vehicle. Valid for lots 21, 22, or 25.
Spots are limited! Once they’re gone, they’re gone! Premium Parking can be purchased through Ticketmaster or by visiting the Baxter Arena Box Office Monday-Friday 12pm-5pm.

Free parking is still available! Lots 20, 24, 26, and 27 will remain free and open to all guests, on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Parking passes are specific to one event, so be sure to purchase the right school’s ceremony.
  • Passes can also be purchased at the Baxter Arena Box Office, noon to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Passes are not available for purchase at school.

This optional parking pass is sold by Baxter Arena, generating revenue for the arena maintenance fund, and is not sold or endorsed by Omaha Public Schools.

Baxter Arena has ADA-accessible parking that is available on a first come, first serve basis.

EVENT POLICIES

ARRIVE EARLY
Arrive early as guests will be required to pass through security screening upon entry.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
Baxter Arena is a CLEAR BAG POLICY venue. Only CLEAR BAGS and small clutch-sized purses are allowed at entry. To view more regarding the clear bag policy, click here: CLEAR BAG POLICY

NO WEAPONS
Any type of weapon, fake weapon or object resembling a weapon. This includes but is not limited to handguns, rifles, knives, straight edge razors, brass knuckles, swords, dangerous ordinance, Tasers, chains and all other categories of weapons, whether such items are real or replica weapons. This includes permit holders possessing or carrying lawfully concealed weapons in or around the facility. These items will be confiscated and not returned.

ADDITIONAL PROHIBITED ITEMS
No noise makers. No helium balloons. No glass vases.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE
No outside food or beverage may be brought into the venue. Empty bottles are allowed for fill at drinking fountains. Concessions are cashless.

CAMERAS
Cell phone photos are permitted. Professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses are allowed. Audio or video is allowed.
